Another Recon later in the day turned into another furball over the northern lines. The flight was separated and engaged in whatever we ended up seeing. 10 had engine damage from a Pe-2 and had to RTB when I engaged 3 P-39's attacking a flight of Ju-52s heading over enemy lines.
After that, I spotted another flight of Il-2s heading for landing so 1 and I headed in to get 'em before they were in the range of the airfield.
