We did a reconnaisance misison, I was in the high cover flight. We spotted a group of Il-2s which we engaged. I got hit by flak on the way there, they left a hole in my fuselage. Nelson got hit, started leaking something and headed back to the friendly territory. I helped out the rest of the team who were also engaging Il-2s, then we headed back to base.
