Flight of 5 tasked with patrol area south of krymskaya. Yellow 6 and yellow 3 had a take off accident. Planes collided and damaged, both pilots uninjured.
Flight continued with 3. Spotted and engaged a flight of 3 P39's. Center mass shot with a 20mm blew one to pieces. Killed the pilot of another and watched him spin into the ground. Maj Stachel shot down the 3rd.
RTB along the coast to Anapa.
