General Report ..................................................................................................................................................................... (6.)

This day is never-ending...

Second sortie of the day we raced to altitude our west to begin our close air patrol when we were vectored to enemy aircraft. We then noticed that a friendly flight of Ju-87s was getting attacked by a flight of enemy fighters. We firewalled the throttle and intercepted the enemy. After a quick dogfight, our flight was able to dispatch the fighters. I noticed they were French from the roundels on their planes.

Shortly after a new flight of Il-2s was heading into our lines to hit an airfield. We quickly switched our targets and engaged the enemy bombers. Preforming attacks from beneath them allowed me to down 2 enemy planes pretty quickly without using much ammo.

We regrouped after the attack and headed back to Anapa.
