General Report ..................................................................................................................................................................... (6.)

Our lines are shrinking...

We had to evacuate our airfield at Staro today and head further west. My crew chief climbed into the fuselage of my aircraft and we headed through enemy territory to reach our new home at Anapa. On the way, we encountered a flight of Yak's at the same altitude as us. I told my flight to engage and we broke into elements. The sky quickly turned into a large dogfight and I seem to recognize one of the enemy pilots... The Ghost of Krymskaya was in that air today. Initially, I went head-on with him and managed to get a good 20mm hit right into his engine. I broke and engaged the rest of the aircraft. We slowly got lower and lower as my flight started to eat away at the enemy planes.

I took some hist to my right-wing as 3 yaks were trying to hit me but I managed to evade the worst of their attacks. A new bloke, Hermann from 4/.JG52 was able to get hits and finish off the Ghost, and I finally saw him hit the ground and explode.

After the engagement, we were all hit and beaten up by cannon and MG fire. Black 10 split from the group and headed to Anapa alone while the rest of us did a quick patrol around the costs.

Sadly, Kevin was killed on landing due to his damaged wing during the fight. may he RIP!
