What is it about pilots of twin engine planes?
Such assholes.
We were due to escort a flight of BF-110s on a run, but they were intercepted by a flight of Yak 9s.
Major Stachel and I took out a plane each. and the second element did their duty to the Fuhrer on the other. All this while being buzzed and disrupted by panicky 110 pilots getting in our way.
And then, get this, then, the jerks refused to go on their run as they got spooked when we declared that our fuel reserves were low and we might not be able to escort them all the way.
Didn't we used to shoot people for shit like that?
