Intercepted 5x Pe-2 near Temyruk, but were bounced by 4x? La-5s through low clouds. Took hits to the tail but managed to evade.
Witnessed 2 kills, one by Stab <. Also engaged by lone P-39 which engaged Stab < before colliding head-on with Yellow 12. I was not able to catch up with any fighters. Pursued bombers east, but turned for home near front line. Stab < apparently shot down by flak.
