Took off from home airfield. Climbed up to 2.8km and rendezvoused to our target objective. No sighting of enemy for 30 min as we patrolled the area. On the way back home, we had been attacked by P-40's. Each of us broke and engaged. Once the dogfight was over, me and White 1 were leaking fuel. And White 13 was ok. Limped our way back home and landed safely.
