Engaged several Yaks north of Krymskaya at cloud level. Broke through clouds, saw one in shallow dive. Saw him open fire, knocked pieces off of Black 2 who dove straight into the ground (no chute). Chased it to 700m and shot it down. Was climbing north to join up with Black 1 when I took heavy hits. Bailed out West of Krymskaya.
Black 1 last seen being chased by 3 spitfires headed Northwest.
